10 November 2003 - 1:18 a.m. - enough time?

Sadly, none of my eclipse pictures look like anything at all. My camera just doesn't have enough telephoto zoom. However, I do have some rather nice pictures of daytime sky phenomena from yesterday afternoon. And it's late, and I'm tired, and in the middle of at least two other projects, so they're not posted yet.

Today the sky was perfectly clear, and the air was perfectly cold. I spent far too much time trying to make fractals do things they're not naturally inclined to do.

I also read the script for the final show of the season. I have three days to try to throw together a poster, which is utterly ludicrous. Especially as I'm also trying to pack a month's worth of warm clothes, figure out a way to pack and transport my computer, and generally get myself organized.

A big chunk of tomorrow is going to be eaten by a trip to see about getting some new glasses, and maybe taking some photographs for use on the poster. I'm seriously running out of time here; I can probably make it if I don't bother to eat or sleep.
